Beautiful Girl

So I wrote in my last post that Ajda was almost 9 weeks. Clearly I have a severe case of baby brain and am a terrible mother as she was almost 10wks when these were taken.

WOW it's gone SO quick she is almost 9 wks already!!!

Busy busy here getting ready for Christmas, Mum has taken Sansia back to Geraldton for her first real sleep over, can't wait to see her tomorrow, missing her lots and lots. 

Did a mini photo shoot with Ajda yesterday. I have only just quickly edited this one so will post more after Christmas.

Playgroup, Animals on the Run and a Party

Last week at Playgroup we had "Animals on the Run" come and set up some animals in the yard for the Kids. I forgot to take my camera, Bec took these for me and emailed them through, Thanks Bec. It was fantastic, the kids loved it, Sansia got to have little ducklings and chickens on her lap - although they had to give some persuasion in the form of food for the animals to stay there :o) She also brushed the lambs, kids, piglets and cow with a nice soft brush. There were guinea pigs and rabbits there too and Sansia's favourite a Pony!!! 

After they the kids had had enough of the animals they all sat down for Fruit time and then a Happy Birthday cake for Bee and Sansia, of course Sansia is once again cloth-less.  

The Helicopter Fligt

Yesterday was the big day! Terry booked in his flight for the helicopter ride that we got him for his birthday. It was not just a ride though he got to take over the controls and drive the thing. I don't think that I have seen him smile so much (apart from our wedding day and the birth of both the girls) he had a massive grin from ear to ear when he got off.

Getting into the Christmas Spirit

So we have had Christmas music on for the last two days and been baking some Christmas shortbread and tonight we *hope* to put up the Christmas tree......

Here's some of the shortbread that Sansia and I baked this morning, had to give some to the neighbours though as I didn't want all of this one my thighs....LOL

And yes it tasted YUMMO!!!

We are off to watch Terry fly a helicopter tomorrow morning, weather permitting and then off to get a pic of the girls with Santa.

Happy Birthday Sansia

Well her birthday was 10 days ago, but life here is busy and I have only just now got to edit these pics and post them, I did manage to download them the next day :o) I can't believe that she is two already, where did the time go?? 

We went to the Perth Zoo for some late afternoon party food and play. Mum and Dad came down from Geraldton for it which was fantastic and what was more fantastic was that it was the first time that Mum had met Ajda, who just loved her. She has a way with newborns, I guess that is why she had five of them herself :o) both my girls just love Nans and have both fallen asleep in no time at all with some of her cuddles.
