Cooking.......

Sansia is always playing pretend cooking and taking out all of my mixing bowls and beaters to make us cakes and I have been promising for weeks now to do some cooking with her.....I never get the time and besides that I don't really eat cakes. But yesterday I finally got organized and made some lamingtons with her.

More Daddy Love

Ok, so not much else other than pictures at the moment, life is busy busy busy, but fantastic. The sleep deprivation is just starting to kick in but it's moments like these that make it all worth while.

So yesterday while Sansia was out I decided to try and get some pics of Ajda and I (I really wanted to get some with Sansia but was too scared that she would knock over the tripod camera and all) It was definitely hit and miss but still managed to get some that I like. 

I can't believe that she is 4wks today, goes so quickly!

Beautiful Family

Unfortunately not all my family live here in Perth or even in the same state as we do. My Dad was able to be here on the day that Ajda arrived while Mum was busy back at home working. I really missed my Mum on this day, but not everything can go the way that we want it and I was just lucky that I was able to spend some time with Dad and have him meet Ajda at such a young age - only hours old. 

My elder sister Bonnie lives in NSW and surprised me by flying over the morning of the birth and coming into the hospital with Poppie, Tess and Sansia not long after. It was such a beautiful surprise and a moment that I will remember forever, thankfully Tess had our video camera and recorded this for us! Bonnie was here not long ago and formed a fantastic bond with Sansia, so Sansia was just a little happy to have Bonnie back and helping to look after her. My younger and only sister to live here in Perth, Tess, well how can I ever repay her, she is here every weekend helping out with Sansia and now the two girls. She took time off of work to look after Sansia when I was in Hospital and Terry was working, which was absolutely fantastic, it made Sansia's time away from me a little easier, for both her and I. I didn't need to worry about her and whether or not she was happy, I knew that she was. She LURRRVVVES Tess or Tessy as she sometimes calls her. 

Carrie and Ren were also able to come and see me in hospital on their way over east, Carrie took some pics for me which you can see here

Then she came and did some more pics on their way home - which I can't wait to share with you all, more about that later though. Thank you! 

And so that leaves one sister, Amber, she wasn't able to get here and won't be able to until Christmas but she sent some huge love our way, we miss you heaps Amm-Mar (Sansia's name for her). 

My family mean so much to me and it's just so special to be able to share these precious times with them. We love you all xoxo
